Panera Bread

Great customer service. We usually order Rapid Pick Up and have no issues. Food is waiting when we get there, orders are always correct!!

Panera is pretty much always good this location is no exception. Good bread, good pastries, and better coffee than Starbucks if you are looking to actually drink coffee instead of some sugar, milk, and flavoring laden concoction. Their meals are good too, although I miss their old asiago streak sandwich.

I'm a little confused as to why they move the rapid pick-up section all the way to the back of the store by the drinks from the very front of the store by the front door that was so convenient and there coffee / tea station always seems to be empty and put of half and half /: this is a busy Panera...do they ha enough help.... again after two years of going to this location Brighton early in the morning putting in a 30-minute plus sometimes mobile order and more often than not finding that I have to go to the counter and ask for it to get my four cheese souffle but they always have an excuse as to why I never made it there even though it's sitting on the counter opposite of the pickup station

Appeared to be short on staff when I stopped in to pick up a small catering order. Had to wait a little longer than usual but I could see the staff was trying to keep up as best as they could. Gentleman that assisted me was very nice and apologized for the wait. I always enjoy coming to this store because it is always very clean and inviting, staff is excellent, and food is always great. Got the pastry ring and mini scones for a meeting and they tasted fantastic. Will order them again in the future.
