    Fantastic lunch here yesterday. Four of us had a wide variety of dishes all of which were excellent: margarita pizza, deviled eggs, crispy cauliflower, crab bisque, shrimp salad, creme brule, panini, French dip. Service was stellar. Their lunch rush was winding down so our server, Stephanie, invited us to sit first and she put in our order for us. A very nice touch. As we left, several of the other staff/servers thanked us for coming. High quality food and staff made for a great meal.

    Best lunch in all of Easton and beyond. The wait person, Tifany was very knowledgeable and she and Alexandra helped me navigate around my soy allergy. a
    AND they are organic and fair trade ...in house made desserts

    My favorite secret place to eat at Easton. Hidden away in Nordstrom. I love the bisque.

    The Cafe Bistro at Nordstrom is located on the second floor of Nordstrom. Sit at the bar and watch the chef and staff work their magic or find a table in the spacious dining area. The staff is attentive and welcoming. Save room for dessert.
