Arch City Tavern

This is one of my favorite places to go to when in the Short North. I like sitting near the open windows when its nice outside (they open up)

Pictured is the Nashville hot chicken sandwich. Very tasty, the breading is light and crispy. The house chips are impressive as well, with a nice crunch while being perfectly seasoned. On a nice summer day I recommend grabbing a seat near the front with the open windows overlooking High St.

Great place to eat. Good food, great drink selection. A prohibition era vibe with cool lighting. Highly recommend the salmon or any salad.

Wow! I was expecting typical bar food but this place was amazing. Everything was so flavorful. For appetizers we had pork sliders and grilled chicken wings which were delicious. We all had burgers, which were cooked to perfection. Be sure to get the truffle fries, not at all greasy with a wonderful flavor. I will definitely be going back.

We were in town for a concert and decided to walk High Street and see what looked good for a bite before the show. I expected run-of-the mill but what I got was entirely the opposite. The lamb sliders with goat cheese were so flavorful, tender, and fresh; just a really great combination of ingredients. My friend had a pepperoni pizza and was also surprised in the best possible way. Everything was fantastic and combined with our awesome server, it was almost as good as the concert! :)
