I am blown away by how fresh and unique this food is. I am always looking to try new cuisines and Iranian food is my new obsession thanks to Arezu. They pack so much flavor into these vegan recipes I thought they were using meat. Everything is prepared fresh and made with love. It was a very satisfying dining experience and the owners are some of the friendliest people I have met. I could see this place blowing up in Columbus.
I stopped here for lunch and had the kotlets. I'm not familiar with Persian food so these were new to me. They had a nice fried crisp on the edges and a strong, delicious spice (flavour, not heat). I really enjoyed them and the rice they were served with was a great pairing. There were two kotlets which was plenty of food for lunch but after I finished the second I was really wishing there was a third because I just wanted more.
Amazing modern take on Persian Cuisine. Arezu is a vegan restaurant that will impress meat lovers (like me!) and has a great variety. Their kabobs are made from Impossible Meat and are a must have.
Really delicious food! This is a vegan Persian restaurant. My favorite items are the Koobedeh kabob, kotlet, and jewelry rice. The kabobs are so well spiced and if you didn’t tell me it was vegan I would not have known I wasn’t eating meat. The jewelry rice is aromatic with a nice blend of savory, sweet and sour. The owners are so nice and passionate about their food, please give them a try!
