Everest Cuisine

This place has some good Nepalese food (which is pretty similar to Indian cusisne, with some of the same popular dishes). I like how they stick to preparing their dishes traditionally and don't Ameicanize them like many other restaurants do. They rely on lots of spices and garnishes to enhance flavor. I also love how they use thighs in their chicken dishes to add some extra tenderness. Takeout/ordering online seem to be popular, but service is friendly in the restaurant, though slow at-times. Overall, I'd recommend giving Everest a try if you're a fan of Indian cuisine.

Excellent Indian food, and great to support a local family. We've been several times and only have good experiences. Highly recommended.

Ethnic music (which I love), great decor in a clean vibrant atmosphere. Service was prompt. Came for the lunch buffet on a slow day, and the food was bomb. Get the orange balls of fried onion and garlic, also the red chicken hits. Who doesn’t love naan?

Having had the buffet, I'd say it was very good. In fact, my entire party of six people had no complaints about the buffet. Vegetarians and vegans can easily eat from the buffet. Vegan dishes, and there were several, are clearly marked. The service was excellent with someone stopping by our table every few minutes to make certain all was well. If you want good Indian food at very good prices, I wholeheartedly recommend Everest Cuisine.

We have eaten here twice. The first time they were trying out some music. The food was good; the music not so much. We brought back some friends last night and we all enjoyed the meal. Cocktails were good, too. Great place to try out new tastes.
