SŌW Plated

I went to SOW Plated with a large group for a birthday gathering and they were amazing. The staff provided exceptional service and the food was amazing. We were able to accompany a large group with differing dietary restrictions perfectly. If you’re looking for a great restaurant in Columbus that offers vegan, vegetarian, sustainable, and high-quality food, SOW Plated is a fantastic option.

Very good, super fresh food. love the aesthetic. Had the breads and spreads it was excellent, as well as the pressed juices. I got the poke as an entree, not my favorite poke however but I would still return and try other items on the menu, they all sounded so good!

Wonderfully cooked fresh ingredients; amazing cocktails with a twist. And the service was outstanding! They brought our entres faster than lightening. If you are vegan and/or enjoy organic food and grains this is certainly for you. And meat lovers can also indulge on fresh fish and organic meat and poultry.

The atmosphere is amazing!!! The restaurant is beautiful and the menu is exactly what this city has been waiting for. They put a lot into where they source their food from (check their website), and the attention to quality really shows. I also think it's cool that they've partnered with Children's Hospital. Nice touch, SOW! I can't wait to go back again and again to my new favorite spot.

Perfect experience! Very excited to have a local restaurant that embraces the concept of nurturing the body with food! There are so many delicious options with health promoting ingredients. This is real food!
Also enjoyed the friendly, knowledgeable staff and the fresh comfortable ambiance. Cannot compliment enough -well done! My new favorite in Columbus.
