“Stopped in way to hospital , 5 deep at drive thru, walked inside. Ordered what I order EVERY TIME ,literally, I go to KFC. 2 - #1s w) 2 thighs instead of leg/ thigh. One each crispy / original in one, all original in 2nd. Didn't even get close on both. No crispy in one , and crispy leg w/original thigh in other. While this sucks. Especially since the mgr. asked bout all thigh order, still not what I ordered. Have been stuck at ICU for last 48 hours unable to go back and complain. Will update afterwards”

“Quoted us a 45 minute wait for our party of 8. After an hour went by, we went to check on our status. They told us there was a party of 15, 5, and 8 still ahead of us. We heard them call all of those parties, plus a party of 13 and 9 before us. It has been almost 2 hours and they still haven't sat us, and could not give us an answer as to why we haven't been seated. Half our food came out then then other half came out 15 minutes later. Most of it cold.. our server disappeared halfway through so all the other servers pitched in to help. Robert the manager took care of our bill and the other manager Nah was very sincere in his effort to make our evening better. Host and kitchen need some work but management definitely saved the night.”

“I used to go to this LaRosa's all the time when I need spaghetti with red meat sauce. No more! When I first started going there in the early 1990's, it was a nice amount of meat and sauce on the spaghetti, now it is dry as a brick. I've gone several times and it's always the same. I don't know if they have new management there, trying to save money, or what, but they lost a customer, because that was all I ever bought was the spaghetti with meat sauce. It has been awful - no flavor, no nothing, and I've tried several times and it's been like that every time this year.”

Tables are gross, took 15 min just to order.... and I was SECOND IN LINE! Then the food took another 10 min. At least the food was hot, and predictably Wendy’s. They did forget the sauce, for my son’s chicken nuggets .... Wow. Overall, a terrible experience. Go anywhere else for a while.... until they get it figured out, anyway.”

“I only attended poetry night. At that time it was on Thursday. It has now switched to Wednesday. The food and drinks were great. My favorite was the salmon salad. Yum! The crowd was great for any level of poetry and was patient. Plenty of parking spots which wasn't tight or uncomfortable. Staff was friendly and welcoming. The facility was always clean. Worth every visit!”
