The owner and the cook is actually from Italy, he's friendly and takes great care of his customers. Our server was truly amazing, and she spoke Italian as well! The ingredients are fresh and extremely high quality. I ordered pasta with calamari (squid) and it was great! One of the best Italian restaurants in the Ohio Valley hands down. Worth every minute of the wait. It's best to make a reservation because it fills up pretty quickly. God bless the Pastaio staff for all their hard work!”
