“We tried Uncle Johnnie’s tonight and will definitely be back. The atmosphere is great. The staff were all friendly and helpful. They have four top tables and booths as well as seating for larger parties. The bar also has a good amount of seating. We didn’t have to wait but quickly all the tables were taken. They had a great turnaround time and we didn’t see anyone waiting to be seated while we were there. The menu offers burgers, chicken wings, salad, pizza and some entrees. We went with salads and bone in wings and boneless wings. My husband loved the wings tossed in hot. I thought the boneless were great. They were meaty and didn’t have heavy breading. They had a great flavor. I got mild sauce and garlic Parmesan dry rub. They had a great flavor. The Johnstown Jam was absolutely delicious. Bourbon, mixed berries and lemon. They have a decent beer selection too. Happy hour is weekdays from 3-6pm and is a great deal. Half off appetizers, $2 off wine, $6.99 house and classic cocktails and $3 domestic beers. There’s plenty of parking behind the building as well as free in street parking in front. We look forward to coming back and bringing friends.”

“Ordered and picked-up New Years Eve 2020, wait was a little longer than expected but that's alright and understandable on a holiday eve. Pizza was great...temperature just right, just enough sauce, crust was crispy and ingredients were tasty, BBQ chicken was surprisingly very good. This might give Villa a run for their money and also, just might be the go to in the future. Either way supporting these small business in J Town is very important to us. Keep it up Dirkos.”

“Great time! My husband and I went there on the Saturday after Valentine's Day, expecting it to be busy. We were pleasantly surprised when we got a seat right away. Our waitress was Stephanne, she was wonderful! Very friendly and helpful, and she made THE BEST blackberry margarita!! I ordered the fish and chips, and husband ordered the short rib sandwich. My husband actually said WOW after the first bite of his sandwich - which speaks volumes! My fish and fries were better than Old Bag of Nails!! We will definitely be back!!”

“This place is amazing. We had the wings and pulled chicken because they were out of ribs, and that was no mistake. The buffalo wings were the best wings I've ever had, and I don't say that lightly at all. I've had wings from all over the place. These were smoked and fried, giving them great flavor and texture. “Why is it that at ANY McDonald's you go to . No matter the side of town your on, the employees SUCK?!? I mean, they are incredibly rude to you while taking your order, cashing you out or simply asking for an additional item such as sauce, ketchup, etc ..... if ya don't like your job, why are you working there!?!? They should not take it out on the patrons. And that's just the beginning bit a LONG list of complaints; 9 times outta 10 my food is COLD. And don't let me get started on the line, forget making it back to work on time from your lunch break because your sitting in that line a GUARANTEED 20+minutes. And don't get me started on the sweet tea, more like tea flavored water with no sugar”
