I had two flights and asked to sample two extra beers so I could decide which beer to take as a six pact to go. They charged me 50 cents. The waitress apologized and stated that it was their policy, which she did not agree with.”

“I had the fish and chips special and potato salad. The fish came with in house tartar sauce. The fish was excellent, the tartar sauce was something that you could dip an old shoe in and it would taste good! And the potato salad was simple but excellent! Lots of celery. I will be back.”

“Slower service when its not busy but faster service when the place is packed??? Overall the food is always outstanding. The place is clean 75% of the time and the prices are competitive! I'd say overall a 4.5 but might as well say a 5 even tho it's not always clean and usually fast only when busy. It makes sense tho the busier a place gets the adrenaline of the shift gets higher and you move!”

“My husband and two young boys stopped in to the Texas Roadhouse in Sandusky OHIO for dinner after cedar point. Our visit was great , quick , easy and fast from beginning! Our waiter was great! The only problem was, which wasn’t a deal breaker , was our meal came out before our salad even made it out. So the manager came out, named Blake, and was very kind, calm, well spoken and was very apologetic. We said we didn’t care because the actually meal came out so fast! I watched that manager as he made his rounds around the restaurant as he asked how everyone was and I didn’t hear one complaint. He is an exceptional manager. He ended up comping our salads but we told him not the meal because nothing was wrong with our meal and he e appreciate him actually taking money off salad even though he didn’t have too and it wasn’t a big deal. But, the main point is, him as a manager. He seems to enjoy his job, his employees and respects his company, you can tell a great worker from one who is actually working just for the pay check. He was very good! .”

“Great place to pull off the highway to get out of the weather or rush hour traffic. Big parking lot to fit your motorhome if you are towing. There is parking spots for under 40ft motorhomes that you can get water from. Please if you have a dog and need to let them relieve themselves, consider others and pick up after them. Just because your outside and on a parking lot does t mean you dont have to pick up what they put down. Be considerate of the rest of us.”

The drive thru is always packed which isnt a bad thing but you will be in for a wait. The staff is mostly teenagers working their first job so amazing service is a hit or miss.
