“If you’re looking for a classy and fun happy hour, look no further the Next Door 112, a subsidiary of Element 112. Between 5-6pm is their happy hour, 1/2 off wine and beers, note that beers are either cans or bottles but they have a decent selection. The signature cocktails are still reasonably priced ($6-14) and delicious. We happened to dine in during a Bloody Mary special, I can attest that the $5 bloody Mary’s are still keeping us here as of the time of this review. I highly suggest trying the honey butter buns to start your meal, it comes out warm and slightly sweet; a perfect way to start. The Drop your France burger was juicy and fragrant, I plan to try the other option on subsequent visits. Cheers”

“We had two very friendly and attentive servers. My girlfriend had the Greek salad and lasagna, which she loved. Her portions were very generous for the price. I ordered the fries and pepperoni pizza, both were also very tasty. The pizza has perfect crust. The interior has a "hole in the wall" feel; cozy and quaint. Overall a very good experience.”

“I started with tasty smoked salmon dip. My entree was an amazing Hake fish with a divine lemon butter crab sauce. White creamy lemon butter sauce with jumbo lump crab meat. Their selection is bountiful, the meat is juicy to perfection, and you can just tell that everything is made with care and the customer service is always good! I have a family of 9 and they never forget anything in our order (most restaurants do). “My husband and I were driving from our home in Indiana to Pittsburgh and we were hungry. We called Shorty’’s in the car to order take out but we were running behind and told the girl on the phone we would arrive about 15 min after closing. She said that would be fine and they would wait for us. We got there and we were famished and asked them if we could eat there and they said that would be fine. The staff here is so nice and accommodating. I would highly recommend Shorty’s. And yes... the food was amazing!! And my husband and I truly closed the place down! Thank you Shorty’s!!!”
