“Awesome spot. Delicious food, authentically Tex-Mex. I went out with several friends for a buddy's birthday, and when I told the staff why we had come, they assured they'd take care of us... once dinner was finished, they came out unannounced with a huge dessert, a sombrero, and several staff who sang to him. It was a blast. Highly recommend!”

“Charly's is incredibly mediocre. I want to give it more than three stars, but can't seem to find reason to. The average food is reliable quality but nothing to write home about. Portions are generally good. Prices match the quantity. Desserts look amazing, but I haven't yet tried any. The dining area is clean and wait staff are attentive. The cooking time seems long, but they are almost always busy, so perhaps that's reasonable. The carry out area needs some serious streamlining - very crowded, limited staff working there, and not well organized. My order has never been wrong, though. Just call ahead if you want a reasonable wait time for takeout. I'll be back because they're close and have a good variety on the menu for a reasonable price, but it's not quite a place I'd be eager to take my friends to.”

“I used to visit the lake Milton store all the time when I was younger, so glad they put one in Austintown now! I came in to order and I don't eat cheese, they were delighted to.make it without. customer service was extraordinary and so friendly! when I came to pick up my order, the staff, even the employees who didn't wait on me, remembered what order I was there to pick up and even were very excited to show me my no cheese pizza and how gets it came out. will definitely be coming to this exact location whenever I am wanting pizza! thanks so much for the great food and great service!”

“I loved Hollywood when it first opened. After a while, it seemed like I could t hit anything. The last time I went I did break even. I started to go to Rivers because it had a more Vegas appeal, it after they get fined for underage drinking the machines tighten up. I only have a couple of complaints about Hollywood. 1. It needs to be larger. 2. It needs some regular Quarter, and Dollar machines out in the smoking area. 3. I don’t understand why this is a problem, but I like to bring my own cup in to gets my soda. I am conscious about the waste from the paper cups. I tried to bring my own cup in once, and was treated like I broke the law. I take my own cup to Rivers and The Meadows with me all the time. 4. Too too many penny slots. Not enough higher denominations. I haven’t inquired about recording slot play for my YouTube channel yet. But I can record at my 4 main goes to. I’d love to give you the free advertising on my channel. It’s a win win situation. Plus, you are more local for me. I’ll come check you guys out again sometime soon. ????????????????????”

“When I'm writing a review of a major chain like this I'm never sure how to base my review. Am I judging Pizza Hut, or THIS Pizza Hut? I'm going 5 stars on this one. Pizza Hut overall is a 4 for me, but I had the best experience with this location. I'm traveling from out of town and staying in a hotel. Not sure about a lot of you, but I've had my share of horrible hotel pizza experiences. I think most joints know you're not repeat business so what's it matter, right? Started with the phone call and the friendliest woman ever making order suggestions, alerting me that they deliver beer (would NEVER happen in my home state) and making sure they knew where my room was in the hotel. The food was delivered in about 25 minutes, piping hot, fresh and good. The driver even brought us paper plates and napkins (standard or cuz they knew I was in a hotel, either way it's awesome). I love Pizza Hut pizza in general and this location was a great travel experience.”
