“We came in on a busy weekend. The restaurant was completely full. The hostess let us know there would be a wait for a table. Once a table was available the staff immediately cleared the table and set it for us to sit down. The staff and our hostess were extremely nice. We ordered our food and it was served quickly. The atmosphere is nice here, the food is fantastic and the staff is top notch. If I'm back in Youngstown I will definitely be back at Roberto's. The burgers were good, very flavlorful with exciting toppings (guacamole, brisket, jalapenos and more!) This place had the best fries my mom or I have ever had. Regular cut, but with a delicious thin batter that left the outside with a beautiful crunch but the inside soft and fluffy- The perfect fry. Service was fast and attentive. Contrary to previous reviews, the prices are very reasonable, along with good weekday deals. While we didn't have room for dessert, I will definitely be coming back!”

I then repeated that I wanted to know what type of soup they had, in a slower more understanding tone. The rep responded by mimicking the way I was talking (I'm sick to remind you) and said "Broccoli CHEESE" I kindly thanked her... she slammed the phone down & the call disconnected.
