I like this location because they use gloves. I've been to others where they dont and just the thought is disgusting. They seem to work quickly and well as a team.
Love it! Excellent customer service. Good food and the absolute best cookies! Only downside is the prices are steep.
The food here is delicious. The fries are divine. They can't be a 4 star because the staff won't answer the phone! I like to call my order in so I can use the drive up window. I've done that once. All the other times I've tried they won't answer the phone. Once they DID answer, put me on hold, and just left my there. When I got to the store I pointed out what they had done and sure enough I was still on hold. Got a free cookie out of that but what I want is to phone my order in.
First time at this location and I couldn't be more pleased. The workers were happy and in good spirits, but not so busy having fun that they screwed up my order. They were friendly without it appearing to be a "customer service" personality. The food was also made just the way I expected based on the last location, and it was just as great as the last time I had it.
I'll definitely be back as it's location is convenient and the service was great.
Typically good subs. They have clearly gotten smaller in the last year at all of the Penn Station locations. The bread is skinnier overall so that for the same length of sub there is less bread and less room for toppings inside. Still though, they are good. Just like everything else the size of the container shrinks to hide a price increase. Most people don't even notice. Remember when ice cream was always half a gallon? Then 1.75 pints? And now 1.5 pints is the standard. It's the same thing with the subs.
