Little York Tavern & Pizza

This place has amazing wings and very good thin crust pizzas. We love both the buffalo chicken pizza and any pizza with their marinara sauce. All the sauces are homemade, and you can tell!

The only reason I give it only 4 stars is because the service is usually a little slower. They typically have not enough servers for the amount of tables in the dining area. When you go, expect to hang out a little.

Always a great place to stop for drinks and food! Large place, great music, plenty of people to talk too, service is amazing, food is great, and just an all around awesome stop. Yes u can bring the family too.

The overall experience was fairly hit-or-miss. The selection of beers was good, but they came out a little slow. The wings were hot and crispy, great texture, but they were undersauced—on some wings I could hardly taste the sauce at all. The most dumbfounding experience of the night, though, were the fries. I ordered cheddar bacon fries, and they were served with no effort whatsoever made to melt the cheese. To be clear, I was served cold, shredded cheddar cheese atop french fries. I thought it was pretty self-explanatory that when you asked for cheese fries, you meant for the cheese to be melted, but I guess that’s up for interpretation here.

I guess all I can say is, Little York: be more deliberate. If there’s something obvious you could do to make the food taste better at no cost, please don’t forgo it. We’ll notice.

Still 3 stars, though, because where it was good, it was good.

Great atmosphere. I got the Hawaiian pizza and fried cauliflower and it was excellent. My boyfriend got the wrong drink, but that was the only issue. Our waitress was amazing as well.
