Building is older and the place is interesting, like a snapshot in time. Food is good, you pay after you eat when eating there. Have heard people refer to the place with the nickname basement chicken.

Upon entering the cook asked if my friend and I would like to sample the product before ordering. It’s very tasteful ! Already I like this place. They are very polite and mild mannered. I highly recommend them!

Definitely the best chicken available in town. Haven't tried the chili. Lots of sides to choose from and really good prices. Please go here weather it's as a travel stop or workday lunch.

Very good food. Friendly staff. Fresh food and unique taste. Blackened chicken highly recommended. Home style chilli also very delicious right amount of spice. Convenient location. You have to enter the building and go down the stairs to reach. Enjoyed time with family and comfortable seating area

Absolutely delightful. Fast service, very friendly staff, and great prices for even better food quality. I felt like I was back home in New Orleans when I tried the bourbon chicken while the fresh green beans took me back to my mothers cooking.
My wife especially loved the spicy chicken with rice and Cajun potatoes.
Would very highly recommend to everyone and anyone looking to actually taste what they purchase.
