Little Fish Brewing Company - Dayton Station

Nice change of pace from other local breweries in area. Ideal place to take a date, grab a beer, and share a small plate. Food seems to be farm to table and chicken sandwich I had was excellent with the flavors and slaw on it meshing well. Fries were an up charge as the regular side was a side salad. Menu is interesting and not your typical bar menu at all, which is great by me but I can see where it could turn some people away. Beer is good with plenty to choose from. The only thing I didn’t care for was the homemade ketchup. Needed a bit of sweetness.

Was recommend to try Little Fish by some friends and it did not disappoint. The ambience with turn of the century brick walls and modern day finishes and an upbeat vibe and atmosphere is what we need more of in Dayton. For food we got the burger with fries and the trout. Both were unexpectedly 5star chef quality. The flavors in the trout dish were perfectly paired with a little bit of heat and fresh. The burger definitely is one of the best of Dayton. But the big winner was the fries. They are hands down the best I’ve ever had. Fresh cut shoe strings firs with house made ketchup and a garlic aioli. Spencer, the bar tender was awesome and delightful to talk to about the menu and beers. If I could give more than five stars I would. Can’t wait for the in-laws to come into town and take them here.

My wife and I read the article about the chef being recognized as a semi-finalist in the James Beard Award competiton so we decided to check it out. Let's just say, the craft beers were great but the specialty burger was "off the charts" delicious! I highly recommend taking the time and enjoy the outdoor seating as well.

My friend took me here for the first time tonight and I can’t say enough WONDERFUL things about this place!! Our waiter Michael and the rest of the staff were so pleasant and attentive! I had the pickled deviled eggs, chimi fries, and their Cod & Chips meal! Let’s just say my plate was empty by the time I finished eating everything! 😂 I love how they make everything handmade! Definitely coming back here again!!

Another cool brewery in Dayton. I would definitely recommend trying this place and it's fairly close to downtown. The food takes a little bit to get to the table and the vegetarian beet burger was pretty good! Only issue is there are no tvs and there wasn't really any music. Bathrooms were really clean though!
