    Subs are great AND they donate to firemen so ditch subway and come to firehouse

    I quit coming after two visits. Both times, I was served by the same woman at the counter. She was impatient and took my order the way she wanted, not the way I asked. I corrected her both times, but she still wanted it her way. Subs are okay, nothing special, but I give them a zero stars for attentive service.

    Firehouse subs has really taken me by surprise. It was around in Englewood for a few months but I never tried it. When I eventually caved I wished I hadn't waited so long. Much better than any other sub place around that I've seen. And I've been able to try something new every time, and it's all been great.
