Piada Italian Street Food

Think of this as a pasta/salad version of subway. The food is awesome especially their seasonal salads.

Piada is a wonderful place to find some excellent Italian food. The stores are clean, and inviting. And you will find a bowl that fits with everything your hunger pangs want and your wallet can handle. The food is excellent, and the staff is pleasent. I have always loved piada. I don’t understand why there are so many rude and unnecessary comments about this restaurant. Every time I have come in the employees greet me with a smile, ask how my day has been going, and they always make sure that at the end of the line that I am satisfied with how my meal looks, and the managers (at least that I have seen) there always handle any possible issues professionally. To all of the people that say the employees are not giving you enough toppings, have you ever thought of food costs? A nice young man explained to me that they portion their veggies the way they do because of food costs; all you have to do is ask, if you want more and they will gladly oblige. (: Same with sauce, I think small pastas get two scoops and large pastas get three or four? They’re young, they’re working hard all day, they need support like all of us. (You never know what they could be going through, but they smile through it!) We’re only human. And my only reason for giving a four star review is because nobody is perfect and no one is meant to be. (:

The hot chicken. It’s actually hot. So so good. Oh and Collin’s 2 star review...what a brat. You need someone to hold your hand to order? Customer service has never been a problem for me here.
