Young Chow has really great food. Although the food takes awhile its worth it! Only one person is there to cook and take orders so that's the reason for the delay. Now a days there has been an issue with staffing throughout and no one wanting to work. For those who commented about the wait be a little understanding and remember there is only one person working their. :) Best Chinese food I had in years!
