The three stars I’m giving are for their cinnamon rolls. They’ll knock your socks off. I imagine the rest of their pastries are delicious as well, and that is probably what they should stick to. The ambiance is also a positive - very pleasant. Now let’s cover why they’re not getting more than 3 stars. One, the pizzas are a total bust. $8.50 for something the size of your hand with pitiful toppings... insane! At B.A.M. Healthy Cuisine (North Canton & Jackson) you get WAY more food for a far lower price ordering one of their fresh, healthy & local pizzas, with a choice between (a very satisfying) 4-slice, or an 8-slice. Two, my family and I stopped in right at noon on a Saturday... and they were already sold out of soup? Are people always out here eating soup at 9, 10am on a Saturday morning? Very disappointing. To draw another parallel, B.A.M. always has hot soup on hand, and even the previous day’s soup in their cold case! Three, they don’t have sandwiches on Saturdays either. Part of why my family and I were excited to go was because they use Brimfield bread with their sandwiches! Well, only during the week apparently... I think they need to take note of who their competition is when it comes to fresh, local & healthy and adjust accordingly, else they might not be around long. Hopefully they succeed!
