“*Update* My husband spoke with Joe and we were issued a credit to make up for the poor experience we had to give them another chance. We appreciated the responsiveness to our concern, so I’ve adjusted the original rating to reflect that. My husband and I decided to try a pizza after hearing all the hype, but unfortunately our experience wasn’t great. We ordered a small pepperoni deep dish to share, got to the restaurant a little earlier than our online order stated it would be ready and it was cold by the time it got home. We don’t live far- maybe 8 minutes or so. When we got home, we noticed that the bottom of the crust was burnt. The edge of the crust was terrible. When we bit into it, it crumbled into a powder-like consistency, maybe from being burnt? Can’t say we’ve experienced that before. The flavor of the sauce was good, I will say that. All in all, for a small 1-topping pizza, definitely not worth the $18!”

“I read all the reviews before we went and I was expecting this to be terrible. Started at the bar while waiting on our party to arrive. The bartenders were super into helping make a shot my friend asked for. Our waitress was awesome. Nice, tentative and knowledgeable about the menu. The mushrooms were huge and delicious! My steak could have been done a little bit more but it was very flavorful and tender. Cheesecake looked good try it tomorrow.”

“For any gourmet pizza, this is my place. I love it. They have every style of pizza I can think want. I get in different moods for certain crust styles and thickness, toppings and cheeses. They also have good pastas as well. I've never had a bad meal or a bad experience here. The hostesses always greet me and I'm seated promptly. Weather permitting you have a choice to sit outside. They have a nice patio. The restaurant is always clean. They have a nice bar area. The waitresses are polite and personable. The food is very good and the prices are very reasonable. They are very comparable to other restaurants in the area. The atmosphere is nice and is child friendly. I definitely recommend this restaurant.”

“The reclining seats are comfortable and the stadium seating is perfect for viewing the movie uninterrupted by those sitting below you. The only thing I didn't appreciate was having to pick seats when purchasing the tickets. Luckily there were two together, but if we were a few minutes later we would likely have had to sit apart. I've heard about this being a thing but it's the first time I've ever experienced it. It would be nice to mention that detail on the website, so we would know to buy tickets in advance.”

“Delicious wraps, friendly staff, homemade chips and dip to die for. I'm a huge fan of Thatsa Wrapp, and the opening of the Shack has been incredibly convenient due to the great location. Quick service lets you swing by, get your meal, and quickly be on your way. Otherwise, if you have some time on your hands, the Shack offers fun outdoor seating with music playing to sit and enjoy your meal. Definitely worth checking out.”

“This place is mi favorito! Outside of La Loma in Akron, this is your only option for legit food without a trip to Cleveland. They have a pleasant indoor dining space in the end unit of the plaza. Careful with the vegetables in the vinegar based sauce as it will light your arse up.”
