“Not too bad. At times the staff are either really happy or really depressed, but they always make the order correctly and the food is what it should be for Taco Bell. All except once, it's always been good. I'd have given 5 stars, except for the fact that there's a black employee cleaning tables with a chip on their shoulder who started slamming chairs deliberately the moment I answered a phone call and started to talk. They should probably be fired for their racism against whites no matter how subtle, considering the fact that they did not know me or anyone else they do that with, and their immaturity is likely costing them customers that never leave review and aren't drive-thru. They probably wouldn't have known about it even if not for my review, but now they do, as do you. Other than that, service and food is good and everyone else has been stellar here.”

“Best deli I’ve ever been to. Never been disappointed by any of the sandwiches I’ve ordered: both in terms of taste and portion size. One time they forgot about my order. However, before enough time had even passed for me to question anything, one of the employees confirmed my order, gave me a refund without my asking, and the sandwich came in just a few minutes. “I give credit where credit is due! A lot of the other “Hibachi Xpress’s” have lost site of what makes them great! It isn’t the atmosphere or the customer service, it is the food! “Consistently get orders wrong. Only reason i go here is the Louisiana rub... The wings are always decent and big. Customer service needs to take a priority when the product sells itself. 03/02/19 UPDATE:: Looks like they got new management. They were SLAMMED and when i came in I was still greeted with a smile. Manager Steve was running around like a madman taking care of angry phone customers and making sure orders were coming out. I was pleased to see the work ethic changing here. My order was perfect and Ill be ordering again soon. So ill bump you up to a 5 star review. Keep up the good work guys!”
