“Clean and bright atmosphere. Tables are perfectly placed, so you don't feel like you're on top of everyone. Service was amazing, very attentive, and polite. Chips were light and hot, and salsa was fresh with a little heat! Food was hot and had tons of flavor. They had sopes which are rare to find around town. The corn patties were crispy with a soft middle, I got carnitas and it was really good. I remembered to take photos after we started eating.”

“If you want Mexican and you're in a diet, this is the place to come. Food was excellent. But the portions were way off what I'm used to a mile down the road Sr Jalapeño on North River road. The chips were like scraps. Guacamole was like a half portion. So I'll be going the extra mile for the better deal. Fast service and they stayed open until closing. “We started with a few cocktails, the lethal lemon with fresh thyme was so refreshing, also tried I hate mondays which was also refreshing with an orange tang. Will definitely order both drinks again but can’t wait to try the other cocktails offered as well. You can tell they put a lot of thought into their drinks. We also ordered hot peppers in oil, good flavor but not hot for sure, the mini warm pita breads served with the peppers was a delightful change. Lastly we ordered our main course, I got the chicken and greens panini and let me say the greens were perfect! The entire sandwich was yummy but the greens sealed the deal, chicken was grilled and seasoned perfectly, the bread was toasted and warm and the cheese was melted to perfection. Chris ordered the downtown burger it was seasoned well and the bacon jam sealed the deal. Definitely a cool place to check out downtown, we will be back. My only small complaint is our waitress, Bailey, seemed inexperienced and scared so hopefully she gains some confidence but she was very sweet.”

“I don't drink "fancy" coffee drinks. Hot coffee with cream. An occasional iced coffee with cream and sugar is as fancy as I get. But the coffee was delicious and my donut was also. The service was excellent. And I feel very comfortable in this shop. I truly love this coffee shop.”

We had made reservations for our wedding rehearsal dinner months ago, well before the re-branding was released. “So far I’ve had the chicken gyro, homemade chips and dip, onion rings, and garlic cheesy bread. It was all so delicious and very large portions, the homemade chips and dip were to die for! The food is great and although the wait may be long some days it’s because of the overwhelming support they are receiving. Everyone has the right to eat what and where you like. “They are struggling with a young serving staff. With the basics like a bread plate. Ordered a salad asked for shrimp salad was presented with out it. My dinner guest were finished before I got my salad. they had no complaints about their food except they got their entrees before their dinner salad and had to ask for it. The bar tenders are on point I had a dirty Martini well made. Given time for servers to get experienced they will do well. Really nice decor and atmosphere. Wish a manager would have come around to check on us. Will take a few months before coming back.”

“This was my 1st trip to The Pitt Boss. I walked in to see a bright, clean restaurant. The greater welcomed me as soon as I walked in and the service was great. They asked if I had been taken care of, checked on my order and got it out fast. I ate half my meal because the portions are generous. The cole slaw was almost as good as mom makes (not quite though). I tried the fish nuggets and the chicken strips with the mixed sauce. It had good flavor but it wasn't all that hot.”
