“Denise and Erin are my absolute favorite servers. I used to work here but had to quit due to issues that were continuing to occur. Anyways, I'm giving this rating because overall the setting of the dining room is homey and welcoming just like all Cracker Barrels but a lot happens in the back that you don't see between management and the servers. Maybe it's because it was my first serving job but the way we were treated was not acceptable. However the managers know how to fake it to customers and make them seem admirable.”

“We love the wings here. The only thing I would recommend adding to the menu is to get coney hot dog sauce for putting on top of the wings. We appreciate that kids eat free. It's been especially beneficial when we want to include friends with more than one kid. Our food is always hot and we don't have a lengthy wait time. “If you go first thing in the morning, it's very slow. Even when the people in front of you are only getting a single coffee. I want to chalk it up to new employees being trained but I can't say that for sure. As an every day customer, it's the same thing every morning and that's really the biggest problem which sucks if you're in a hurry. Also there doesn't seem to be much communicate because 3 or 4 times someone has handed me part of my order and another person brings me the same thing again and I can see the level of frustration when I tell them I already have that item.”
