“Went here for breakfast pickup. I placed my order online ahead of time. They hadn't even started my order when I arrived fifteen minutes later, which was a little frustrating. There were three employees working, and they all honestly seemed very miserable. Not a single one of them smiled the whole time we were there, and it made the atmosphere terrible. There were about five or six cars deep in the drive through and none of the employees seemed to care how busy they were. They were just slow and moody. This was not an exciting, bustling, bagel shop with good vibes... Quite the opposite. We finally got our order, and it was wrong. We had two lox bagels and one was on the wrong type of bagel. I double checked the receipt and it was definitely ordered correctly. I was annoyed, but also didn't want to wait twenty more minutes. The only reason for three stars is that the bagels were really good. If I could break up my review, bagels would be five star, service and atmosphere would be zero.”

“The house special milk tea was nothing special at all... the smoothies were good but the Boba didn't taste fresh... the macaroons were really good!!! The vermicelli bowl was just okay, although the eggroll was way overcooked!!! Hard as a rock... the orange chicken was good... the chicken strips were way overcooked as well, unfortunately... they even served me a cold half duck as if it just came out of the fridge... there was flies all over the food court and needed some cleaning around the tables...Yikes!!!”

“I really, really wanted to love this place because the food is so good and the drinks are delicious. Plus, it’s a women-owned business! But the customer service was lacking. I went in for the first time and I was super excited to try their desserts! However, the cashier was extremely unenthusiastic, and seemed annoyed that I was there. I assumed she was having a bad day, so I gave them another try a few weeks later. This time, there was a different cashier, but she had the exact same attitude. Both times the desserts were so yummy! But the cashiers made me feel so unwelcome. Give this place a try if you like good food and drinks, but don’t expect much in terms of hospitality.”

“Good price and got a large sandwich, which I wasn't expecting. It was well crafted and I thought it tasted amazing! Service was quick and the chefs were friendly! I'm surprised more people weren't here for lunch. I had a good experience and will be going back. EDIT: 4/26/18 Normally when I come here, I enjoy it. Maybe today was an off day, but my experience was not as enjoyable. The place seemed rather empty. The water containers that are usually out as a courtesy were not there, there were practically no desserts on display, and there were a few tables that had not been wiped down/cleared when I came in. It appeared that they were shutting down, even though there was still over an hour before they closed. When I walked in, there were no other customers aside from people who attend the college, and they had already ordered and were eating. The chef who took my order answered a phone call for a pick up order while ringing me up for a BLT, chips, water, and brownie. She stopped taking my order. I stood there, waiting to pay, until she finished. About two minutes later, I swiped my card and things were good. I had my brownie and walked to a table. Then I realized I wasn't given my water cup. I go back up and I'm standing there along with someone else in line. The woman who took my order disappeared to the back, and another woman on the line appeared too busy doing another task to look up. I waited again. After two minutes, I approached and spoke up, requesting water. The woman promptly started to get my water, but there was no ice in the machine. It took another two minutes before I had my water. I went back to the table and sat down. I was hungry and started to eat the brownie. The brownie was dry. It tasted as if it were made the day before. It took about twelve minutes from ordering for my sandwich and chips to be completed. Usually, someone will deliver it to the table. Not today. I had to leave my belongings and get my plate from the window. The BLT sandwich was dry. There was no mayo. As a place for chefs in training, I had halfway expected a home-made mayo for the sandwich, but there was nothing. There was, however, mayo containers on each table. The one at my table was empty. The one at the next table was empty. I gave up and pushed out as much mayo as I could from the empty bottles. It wasn't enough. My meal was underwhelming, and I expected better service.”

“I've been to this location two times in the last couple of weeks and each time Sarah's (GM) customer service has been phenomenal! You rarely come by good customer service these days so I wanted to make an effort to write this review. It's obvious the great customer service trickles down to her team. “We had the most romantic 5 star meal New Years Eve. We made reservations. I will probably do it again this New Year's Eve. They had both big groups and couples of 2. They all worked together when asked which 1 our waiter she responded, we all are- so that being said, we wanted for nothing, each course came after the next in perfect timing along with drinks. It was a 4 course meal with choice of 2 of we each had 1 of everything and tasted all the well prepared meals. New Year's Eve happens to be my wedding anniversary and this meal didn't disappoint. It was expensive but the kind you don't mind paying because the quality and service was worth it.”

“Delicious sandwiches, served surprisingly quickly (for our visit, anyway). However, our cashier was a nightmare, speaking at maximum speed with no pauses or inflections. For instance, I asked her to repeat the alternatives to potato chips three times, but each time was exactly the same: top speed, no pauses, impossible to understand. I made out the word "sprouted" and asked about that. Then, to recap our order, she read it all back the same way. It was impossible to understand any of it. Frankly, she was weirdly aggressive about this. (College-aged white woman, maybe 7:30-ish on Sunday, if you're looking, Panera.) The rest of the staff was kind, and the food was excellent.”

“My stepsister, who lives in Arizona, gave my boyfriend and me Einstein Bros. gift cards for Christmas. Neither of us had ever been to an Einstein Bros. before, so we were excited when we could finally come here yesterday. Got our food ordered and handed who I'm assuming was the manager the gift cards, only to be told that gift cards aren't accepted at this location. The manager then paid for our meals! Very kind of her to do so, which is why I'm giving 5 stars. Our turkey clubs were pretty tasty, too! Looking forward to our next visit, minus the gift cards, which I guess I'll have to give back to my stepsister, since the only other location in Oklahoma is for FAA employees only... Bummer. :(”
