“WOW!!! Passing through Enid OK and we saw this place and decided to give it a shot. Ok first off they have Pepsi 0 sugar not many restaurants carry it.. Next let's talk salsa and chips, I have never been to a Mexican restaurant where they give you individual bowls for your salsa, no double dipping issues. We got 2 salsas, one was good but it was basic salsa. They other however, DAMN! You could taste the Chile de arbol and it has a bit of a kick. I got fajitas and it was served in a pineapple. Steak, chicken and shrimp. All cooked perfectly. Onions were great. Rice and beans were great. My daughter got carne asada tacos and the steak was seasoned beautifully. My wife got shrimp ceviche, now I'm not a fan of raw onions or cilantro but it was amazing. Sampled the Chipotle shrimp from my mother in laws plate and it also was amazing. Our servers were amazing took care of everything we needed. This indeed was authentic Mexican food. Definitely give cafe coyote a try.....I've been writing this as I am eating. Had the privilege of meeting the owner and his sons and told them this was all great. Very humble family.”
