“I don't even know where to start. This place knocked it out of the park! We stopped in around midnight looking for some food and hoping they would have something more than chips or a candy bar. Well, well, well... we hit pay dirt. The grill is open 24 hours. Yes. 24 hours. They have hot, grab 'n go items like pulled pork sandwiches, burritos, and breakfast items. The chorizo, egg, and cheese burrito was on point. Fresh and tasty. Bit you can order off the menu, as well. Their tots are very good. The hot ham and cheese on King's hawaiian bun-fabulous. They were making fresh salads and sandwiches and sticking the cooler while we were there. They had some good-looking California rolls. Yeah. Seriously. They also have family meals like a pan of take and heat lasagne and a pan of ham and cheese sliders. And this was just the beginning. They had a nice coffee station and cappuccinos. There were candy and chips and lots of soda options. A beer cooler and an artisan beer case. Oh, and a wall full of nothing but gummy candy. We are already planning to go back before Thanksgiving so we can get the Thanksgiving on a bun lunch special (turkey, stuffing, and cranberry). If you find yourself in or around Anadarko, do yourself a favor and stop in. Not to mention everyone that was working there that night was super friendly. 2 thumbs up!”

“We didn't know what to quite expect with this establishment, but we were excited to try it out! We had a shrimp poor boy, a Philly cheese steak sandwhich, fries, mac n cheese, and fried green tomatoes. The shrimp poor boy was good and big(there were 2 long halves!!)... served with tomato, onions, lettuce, and mayo. The shrimp were big and tasty. The mac n cheese was pretty good, too. The fried green tomatoes are delicious, hot, and fresh, served with ranch. The Philly cheese steak sandwich was also rather large and on point. We opted for no mayo. For a "soft" opening we agreed it was delicious and there was so much food! Service was friendly and efficient as well! Yes, like any new business, there are kinks that need to be ironed out, but that is what a soft opening is for. We will be back, and to be honest, we don't say that about a lot of the restaurants in Altus.”

“Deanne Sherman is the same person that went into Subway and demanded a free sandwich because they " put too much bread on the bun on purpose", ???... also the same one that demanded a free car wash from Murphy's because "somethings wrong with the pump and sprayed gas on her car" She wants a free car wash... Also the same one at Taco Bell that demanded FREE food because "someone refused to wait on her" even though she recieved a bag of food in ample time. Seems everyone that crosses Deanne Sherman's path ends up owing her. She does not live here, shes from the city and does the same thing anywhere it goes. Lookin for a handout... ~X~”

“Lunch was great. I had a chicken fried steak, which I'm very particular about, and I must say it was delicious. It wasn't overcooked or heavily breaded, and was a good size. The service was excellent, and the price was reasonable. The sides weren't as well prepared however. The fried mushrooms were encased in a hard shell, and the mashed potatoes were most likely instant. (Nothing wrong with instant potatoes, these just needed more tweaking.) Overall, I would recommend Fred's, and I'll definitely return for more.”

“We stopped by for dinner and the restaurant was quite busy. We were greeted and seated in a timely manner (maybe about a minute wait time). Our server, Marissa, was friendly and polite. Even though the place was quite busy, she did stop by our table to make sure our drinks were filled as well as check in to see if we were enjoying our meal...all while checking to see if her other customers were content with their meals. I'd have to say it was excellent customer service. Our meals arrived at our table hot and fresh out of the kitchen. Our dad enjoyed the Chef's Combo, I had the Tacos Potosinos, and the children had Chicken strips with fries and the Bacon Cheeseburger meal. All-in-all, we had an enjoyable, tasty meal that was quite filling and wonderful service.”

“We have small children so dining in isn’t always an option for our family and, unfortunately, ordering food to go doesn’t always prove to be successful but our experience tonight was absolutely, 100% unanimous satisfaction! We ordered meals for 2 adults, 2 children and an appetizer, total cost was just over $40, totally reasonable for dinner. We drove from Blair to Altus to pick up and then back to Blair and every meal was still hot when we arrived home. Everything was DELICIOUS and we are all stuffed! “We ordered takeout from here 3/25/22 and Meredith assisted us. She was SO helpful and went above and beyond. We had forgotten to order an appetizer, and she went ahead and let us order it on the spot and had it out very promptly (despite it being an extremely busy Friday night), as well as went to the back for a side of ranch when asked. I was impressed by the service, and then on top of that the food was delicious! 5 stars for sure! Altus is lucky to have this place.”

“Went there for dinner on a Friday night around 6:30 PM. GPS said we had reached the restaurant but we didn't see it. Parked close by and walked until we found it ( about 50ft away). Their sign looks like it got broken so there was nothing identifying it from where we were. Establishment is small but clean and has a nice atmosphere. Service was quick, the servers were friendly and helpful. I got the three taco dinner with barbacoa and pastor, they were amazing and a very pleasant surprise! Prices were very good, I would recommend this place to others. I also plan on making this an every Friday dinner stop for the rest of the time that I am here in Altus. At here again recently. Food is still delicious and I will be eating here every Friday until I leave!”
