“First time going today! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Even if they weren't your wait staff they asked if there was anything they could do. Guacamole was fresh and creamy. House salsa had some heat but not unpleasant. Owner brought out cilantro-lime salsa! Warmer than the house salsa but very flavorful. (I really don't like cilantro however, I will be asking for it next time) I ordered the Polo loco. Chicken with onions, green bell peppers, mushrooms and red bell peppers. Rice and beans. Chicken was well seasoned but not overly done. Tender-cut with a fork. Veggies were not mushy, beans were fresh and smooth. Rice was done and pleasantly seasoned. My husband ordered the taco salad-beef, no shell. He says we have a new favorite, I agree.”

“The waitress was super sweet! Surprisingly the food was really tasty! I ordered their Monday special "meatloaf ". If someone can make meatloaf taste good then the cook has to be good. It was really good. For those of you that have children under 10 I think Monday Wednesday and Fridays kids eat free. So go and give it a try.”

“I hope this place stays open until long long after at least my grandchildren have lived their lives. (And I'm 23 with no kiddos yet) the food is FANTASTIC. I have never been disappointed or dissatisfied by the food. My favorites have always been the cheese fries. I cannot begin to describe it. Their fries are soft and a perfect size. The cheese is real and melted perfectly. I have NEVER found a place that could do cheese fries this well. It's ridiculous. Their swirled flavored ice cream is to die for as well. I always get the cheese cake, and my brothers get green apple and what's the blue one, cotton candy? Anyway, the food is priced crazy low too. Their staff is polite, efficient, and always remember to put a fork in the bag or give me a spoon for the ice cream! I have many memories of eating here with my brothers or ordering takeout with my grandparents. Now I want some of those cheese fries!!! Gonna have to make a trip down there soon!”
