“For the price my Chicken Fried steak was small. Told that white gravy wasn't available until 5 p.m. Green beans and onion straws weren't even warm. Previously had a hamburger there and it was great but fried okra wasn't even warm. Maybe after being open awhile things will be better. Good luck!! Whether it's my first or last review makes no difference, I reviewed what we received. Maybe kitchen needs some more supervision. I don't like to complain at a restaurant, what is brought out to the customer should be your best for each one served. You would probably just comped the meal to cover up.”

“I'm going to be honest here... for years I have never cared for Simple Simon's Pizza, but now, with the newest owner, I love the place. It is clean, and spacious, and the food is absolutely the best! They make high quality pizza with plenty of ingredients, and charge very reasonable prices. The one in Perry is, by far, my favorite of all the Simple Simon Pizza places I have patronized. High quality, quick service and very good prices.”

“Looking for a small restaurant for breakfast. Was looking on google maps and came across Morrison Cafe. What a wonderful place. One girl serving everyone, but everyone knew each other. Welcomed my husband and I, asked if we would like fresh coffee and gave us menus. Ordered waffles and local bacon. Service was quick. Very good food, bacon had a fresh smoky flavor. We took our time, but was in and out within 45 minutes.”

“Great service and food! A lot of history in this place! Opened in the early 1920s. Served Outlaws and Heroes! Bank robber of the 1920s & 30s "Pretty Boy Floyd" ate here (see pictures). Also, the Highway Patrolman that captured Timothy McVeigh eats here also daily and my grandson Talon and I got to meet him (see picture). I collect coffee cups so I had to buy one. Again, the service and food was amazing and the wait staff know a lot of history. Not only about the Kumback Cafe, but about the town of Perry.”

“Sooners Corner is a great place to get a great meal. This morning they had a breakfast buffet and it was very good. They also have a complete menu. They have plastic barriers between booths but don't require masks. I would highly recommend stopping in and getting a great meal if your in the area. Their prices are reasonable and the staff is very customer friendly!”
