Raise the roost

Ran into this place on accident. Customer service was good and it took a little bit of time but I'm assuming because everything was made fresh to order and there is only two people working and it was a little busy. Everything was cooked perfectly in the flavor was there. They leave salt and pepper out so you can add it to your own taste. I like the fact that they had a sitting area and charging stations. Also, the price was fair. I would recommend this for a quick bite to eat or I'm getting something for the fam on the go.

The food is good yet the service needs to work out some kinks. Take for example they are offering through advertise signs on the street and inside the store a chicken biscuit for $1.99. If you check out through the 7-Eleven cashier you do not get the discounted price. You’ve got to go to the roost cashier to get the discount. On top of that, the promotion is over even though signs are all over the place. Do they honor the advertise price? No, they do not. Then I suggest to them to take down the signs to avoid further confusion and leave the store. Then I come back the next day, and the signs are still advertised I try to purchase again, and still it’s the regular price. Very poor store visual management.
