“I went to City Bites for the first time! I must say, the staff in this location is great! Very sweet, friendly, and give great service! The restaurant seems clean and nicely decorated. I loved their cookies. They are good at baking! However, I ordered a Philly Cheese Steak and did not like it. It seems like one of the ingredients in it is vinegar and another is raw sweet red peppers. It just did not click with my taste buds. It was not a great combination. It was awful. To be fair, I have not tasted another sub. I do not feel eager to go back, because my first sub. was not the best. Nevertheless, I do have in mind to go back to City Bites (in general/this location or another) and give it another chance by tasting another sub. There might be another sub. that I might like.”

“Today I was there to get a late lunch well the drive through took 18 minutes but I gave them a break it’s lunch time still so I understood well the girl took my order finally got up to the window she asked my drink 3 times and still gave me the wrong drink then I said my cookie 2 and still forgot so I called because I’m pregnant and no ac well I talked to the manager and explained within 10 minutes she literally sent someone to deliver my cookie I cannot express to you how amazing the delivery guy was and the manager was!!! To go above and beyond for me was amazing I’m 34 weeks pregnant and that honestly showed so much about that store I appreciate it so much !!!”

“Store was ok. Usually Schlotsky's puts their wonderful bottles of sauce on every table. This location had one bottle at a makeshift serving station. Staff was friendly, but staff delivered someone elses order to my table. Most tables also needed a good wipe down. I had to use a table that had not been wipeddown, but looked OK. I did show up at 1 PM, so maybe they were recovering from the lunch rush still. My lunch was great.”
