This is absolutely one of my favorite places in all of Tulsa. But it's not for everybody.
This is authentic Mexican food. So what does that mean?:
They serve agua de fresca. (One of my Mexican friends says that how you tell a 'real' Mexican place). Also the food is mostly hand made. As in the chicken is pieces of a whole chicken that has been cooked down. So there might be a bone. This theme is consistent with the rest of the food. It's real food made there. I'm aware that some may find pieces of bone or grissle unpleasant. I appreciate that it's made from scratch.
It is a buffet. So probably about 20 or so items to choose from. And the selection is NOT always the same. They also make tacos to order (part of the buffet), with traditional Mexican meat selection like barbacoa, lengua, asada, and so forth. They also have a full menu you can order from if you don't want the buffet.
I love the fresh tacos. There is a 'fixins' bar with all the toppings you could want for toppings including 3 or 4 different kinds of salsa or picante.
There is also a fruit and dessert bar that is typical of buffets, but this one is good. The fruit is almost always ripe. It is hand cut. There are also some cakes or pies and such that have always been good.(Not generic stuff from a box)
It is over ten dollars without a drink. Which is approaching the high side in my opinion , but all buffets are over 10 usually.
The staff is always friendly and attentive and busy working. However, few of them speak English. Doesn't bother me a bit as I can fumble out enough Spanish to get what I need.
As stated, I love this place. But it is real Mexican, not tex mex. All the staff and most of the patrons are Hispanic. Very authentic. Definitely my favorite buffet, maybe my favorite restaurant period.
It's not pretty or glamorous though.

Good place to shop for Mexican groceries and not only from Mexico but basically south America. I like their meat market is fresh and I love their offers!
