New place that has the most flavorful food I have ever tasted. This is my second time going there and today was not what I would consider great or exceptional service. Was seated at 12 and sat without food for over an hour and a half. Others around us walked out. A table near us called for assistance (they were seated after us) & was brought their food before we were served. I finally reached out to someone else besides our waitress and was then told after an hour and half that they had no fish (which we all ordered the fish and grits). Why didn’t the waitress or anyone inform us that our order could not be created? Why did they allow us to just sit there? Speaking with the Chef (Rico/Riko) he turned our experience around within 15 minutes asked what we needed and said he would get right on it for us. That man is the heart of Next Level and I am grateful for the service that he provided to us.
Horrible wait time. We waited 3hrs for cold food. The food is AWESOME!!!!. However they are a new business that needs our support. They are in need of experienced servers and kitchen staff. Please be patients as the dream comes to fruition.
Atmosphere is wonderful and inviting.

Great place to go
Last Christmas I decided to visit my estranged wife at her new job. She was an executive at Next Level.
As I was refreshing myself in the CEO office of Next Level, the amazing resturant was taken over by terrorists--well, just jerks trying to steal the bearer bonds in a highly secure safe in the bar/restaurant's ultra-secure safe.
I was without shoes, without backup (save for a single officer outside), and without hope.
But Next Level's delicious loaded fries, mouth-watering Philly, and attentive staff allowed me to steal the detonators and save my wife from friggen Hans.
Yippie ki yay, Next Level.
