The Irish Arancini saved this review from a 1 star! The appetizer was amazing and then the wait began for for the meal, 30 minutes later we received our entrees . My husbands hamburger was burnt, my fries had been so overcooked they were hard, the adult grill cheese was overcooked. It was later we saw that the kitchen staff were all under 18 yrs. old including the cook. Said something to waitress and she was obviously very offended that I would mention the burnt food. No adjustment to bill or apology. Will not be going back!
Food is Good and very consistent. Adult beverage prices are reasonable and good selection of everything.
Great place to take the family for a meal. Exceedingly large portions, in most cases enough to share between two people. My family likes to try a little of everything from each other's plates and I can tell you I did not have one bite that was not delicious. Do yourself a favor and try the pickle chicken, chicken fried steak and fried mushrooms first. Service was excellent, timely and friendly. Definitely going to be on our family's restraunt rotation from now on. Full service bar and occasional live music here too.
Service was slow and food was meh. 2 wait staff working a full house but two people I assume were management/owners spent far too much time sitting in the booth next to us talking to those patrons. The female manager/owner would visit booths and tables and sit for extended amounts of time chatting while the wait staff were frantically trying to keep up. She never did say a word to us. I would never ask an employee to do something I wouldn't do myself and I think this management needs to don an apron and help. If there was less visiting, tables would have been bused and service much faster. I felt sorry for the young lady working our table. She tried so hard but didn't have support.
I don't give out many 5 stars, but this place earned them! First time to stop here and so glad we did! Their Pickle Chicken was to die for and their fish and chips was incredible! Portions are huge so go hungry but leave room for dessert!
Be sure to check out the specials! We're going back for the burger and beer night and the live music night!
