Southpaws Perfect Pizza and Sports Pub

I checked this new place to eat. Didn't buy anything as I wanted to check reviews first. I will be going back to enjoy a lunch trip after I grocery shop. My mind has changed after reading all the reviews and seeing how respectful and business like the owner is. Very good response to everyone's reviews. Can't wait to try the food.

Such a great place!! Great atmosphere. We reserved the patio for a large group.(20+) I ordered our pizzas a little earlier than when our guests were to arrive.... Our server, his name was Trystan He was amazing!! So kind.. I highly recommend South paws!!!Also their pizza is BOMB!! Everyone got to watch their football game too! lol

This will be my go to pizza spot as long as I'm in albany. Unique and delicious pizzas and I've tried most I believe, and they're all great. Wings are the best around. Everything I've had was really good, great staff they are always friendly and I've just never had a bad experience. My personal favorite is the knight! If you like a little sweet sauce with your pizza give this one a shot. If your a sports fan and I am, you'll spend a lot of time just looking around at all the memorabilia. You will really enjoy everything about it and they are extremely supportive in the community. Great place!

All around, a great place to visit alone or with a group. They have two seating areas, a main area with tables of all sizes geared towards families and/or groups, and a "seat yourself" bar for adults. There are lots of TVs but aren't in-your-face if you are there to socialize. An outdoor seating area is available on busy or warm days . For those that are into it, they have some lottery games in a room near the bar.

One thing to watch for is that the tables are custom made wood slabs which are beautiful, but can also be a little challenging to eat at depending on which table you choose.

The pizza is great, they have a good selection of adult beverages (beer and mixed drinks), a salad bar, and a mix of desserts/non-pizza options. Highly recommend!

We usually have the best pizza when we come into the restaurant but for some reason the last two times we had the pizza delivered it has not been very good. Last night's pizza looked like they laid it on its side all the toppings were to on side and the pizza was doughy. The last pizza we had delivered was cold. Like I said we really like there pizza when we go into the restaurant and we come almost every Sunday to watch football.
