(September 23, 2020, 10:08 pm)I admit we haven’t really made it a point to go to HV Station (price point seems high for food carts and portions) but I popped in with my kids for lunch after their Ortho appt and found this gem. K-Bop! Korean and Hawaiian food. I ordered 2 of their Bibim bowls and it was definitely worth the $10. This is a difficult dish to make as it requires a bunch of the Korean side dishes to be mixed in. My kids even gobbled it down, veggies and all. The one on the left is with the beef and house special sauce (kind of a teriyaki flavor) and the right is the spicy pork with the spicy Korean sauce. High maintenance husband approved as well ?
