“Received the best service from Rob a few days ago. There was a miscommunication when placing my order, in all honesty I believe it was more my fault than theirs. Rob was so attentive and made sure we were taken care of. Even after admitting that it was probably my error, and not theirs Rob still wanted to make sure I left with exactly with what I had wanted and was happy.
