“I used the app to order online at the Ontario Oregon location. My order was ready ready for pickup at the time I requested. My pizzas were hot and fresh. Before I left the store I opened up the boxes to check my pizzas. I told the young lady that I wanted to check then before I left, she informed me that she had personally made these pizzas. The pizzas looked great, they weren't sloppy and most importantly my kids said they were delicious. Dulce is the name of the young lady. She did a great job and takes pride in what she does and it shows.”

“Ollie's New York style pizza is so delicious. Their red sauce is perfectly seasoned and their crust is fantastic and you can get pizza by the slice or whole. The prices are comparable to other quality pizza in the area. They don't skimp on the ingredients and it's not greasy showing they use a good quality cheese. We are so happy to have their amazing pizza in downtown Medford. Another great addition to the Southern Oregon food scene. Love that they are open seven days a week. Make sure to check out their arcade games and pinball machines. A great little gathering spot. Also love their skater theme. Fun spot for teenagers to hang.”

“I love this drive through especially when I'm craving something and don't know what to get, the people who work there are always friendly professional and always give me a suggestion when I don't have a clue what I want and always end up liking what they suggest and it's always nice that they let you know what they're serving you. It did serve hot and yummy, a mac n cheese about what you'd expect, yummy sweet corn, delish creamy-inside, crusty-outside potato wedges, nice mashed potatoes and two gravy choices, and good chicken-filled bites of breaded chicken (more chicken than breading). Worth it if you don't wanna hit the food chains down the street. Inside the chevron, good to-go setup, nice friendly quick service. “The staff were very friendly and very cheerful. We ordered the Big Cheese and had them add pepperoni. The sauce was very good and the toppings were good as well. The crust was nice and thin which were cut into large pieces which were perfect for folding over to eat. The crust seemed to have a strong wheat flavor that at times did over power the wonderful flavor of the toppings and sauce. We also ordered two sodas to go with our pizza and were given cans since they don't offer fountain drinks. My wife ordered a salad which was very good. She loved the dressings that came with it.”

“Customer service was excellent. Every time I’ve been there my order has been incorrect. I’m vegan so I order a black bean crunch wrap fresco style with rice, potatoes and guacamole. But they add meat or diary products every time. When I placed my order I politely asked if they could pay attention due to previous orders being incorrect. After I placed the order I heard him nicely tell his coworker the order. Then a different lady gave me the order when it was ready and said she made sure the order was right and even wrote, “have a great night” on the bag. I purchased two items, one had sour cream and cheese on it but the other one was made correctly. Overall it’s such a breath of fresh air to witness such awesome customer service.”
