“Ordered through Door Dash and waited eagerly to try Juan Colorado for the first time...unfortunately we received a message from Door Dash saying we needed to “contact support for an ETA on our delivery” after the allotted delivery time. We called the restaurant and asked if we could just come get our food. The staff member who answered (wish I could remember his name) was very friendly and apologized for the driver not coming. The food was WONDERFUL and the staff is very nice! We will definitely be back...just maybe for pick up from now on so we don’t wait until 8pm for it to be delivered just to find out we have to go get it anyways!”

“This is one of the best Red Robins I have been to. The family was looking for somewhere to go and watch the Cowboys game. Once we got there and were seated we realized they did not have Sunday ticket and we could not the the game there. “I order 2-4 sandwiches by delivery from these guys weekly. Today I ordered at 2:44 and received my sandwich at 3:30..... This kind of time is RIDICULOUS for a Jimmy Johns. The lady was understanding when I called with my frustration and promised to refund my order. Again I order a lot from them, almost every other day it seams... UPDATE: They did in fact Honor their word, and refund the order, yet still delivered it to me. I have ordered several times since then and it seams to have been a fluke day. This was the second time it happened, but first time I complained. I will continue to order regularly. Overall as a whole, I am very satisfied with this Jimmy Johns.”

“The food was fine. Fresh and hot. Ordering was the first problem. We tried to use the touch screen like many McDonald's want now. However, it was missing basic items-6 piece nugget and all breakfast. We had to order at the counter which didn't have a dedicated person manning it at that time so it took a few minutes. The next problem was an employee. While waiting for our food, the dedicated cashier came back and took some orders. Once she was done, she stood there and drew pictures. Didn't help get orders together or do some cleaning. It really bothered me that others were running around working and she just standing there.”

“I happened upon this place when I was working on a job a short walk down the road, and man am I glad I found them. I love to order their lamb gyro, saffron rice, and iced mint green tea. I love to add their spicy sauce (a little goes a long way) and I’m in heaven. Not only is their food amazing, but their service is like no other. They treat you like family and are so kind and accommodating. They also hold the door open for you as you leave. Just special touches that you can’t find anywhere else. If you’re going for dinner on the weekend they get quite busy. The atmosphere is also very nice and relaxing. The place is always clean. I’m realizing that I haven’t been for awhile as I’m writing this and need to make the trip over their soon for their amazing food.”

“This restaurant has been around since I was a little kid and the same family still owns it and works there! I loved going here with my family when I was little and going back for Mother’s Day this year was wonderful! The service was great and as always the food was delicious! They have food and drink specials every day! The bar is separate from the restaurant, separated by a door. The food was delicious and I can’t wait to go back! The burrito I got was large and well worth the price and they give you cute dessert after you eat. The chips and salsa they give as an appetizer are great! Another thing I love is the art in their bathroom, at least the women’s bathroom. As a kid it was so awesome and it still is! They have underwater themes and mermaids painted on the walls. One other thing I loved about my recent visit is that they gave every mom a rose for Mother’s Day!”
