Astoria Cannon beach Gearhart Seaside Warrenton

Rogue Pier 39 Public House

Address: 100 39th St, Astoria, OR 97103, USA

Restaurant

“Somewhat of a mixed experience, but generally on the good side. Food was tasty, as we've come to expect from Rogue. Chowder is always a good idea. We enjoyed nearly all of the beer samples as well. The setting is fun and has an iconic old-style fishing town feel. Being out on the pier, views are great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The biggest issue/area of concern was the speed of the food. Despite there only being 4 other parties in early/mid-afternoon, the food took almost 25 minutes after ordering, despite being very simple choices. We actually went through most of our beer before the food arrived.”

“Great food and service. Try the strawberry yucca drink....you can say your welcome from rehab. Love the deep in the woods location. Free peanuts while you wait for food or wait to sober up. Toss the shells on the floor like a boss. Owners are really awesome.”

Cafe Restaurant

“Good good, good people, small local coffee shop. :)”

The Logger

Address: 42929 Old Highway 30, Astoria, OR 97103, USA

Restaurant

“I forgot about the change in winter hours, 8 pm closing on Sunday, so ordered takeout because I arrived at 7:40. Same easy courteous service and attention even with the closeness for closing. There is more than one reason The Logger has been in place as long as it has. Always a good plate of food, bowl of soup or decadent dessert. And friendly customer centered service in an unique setting. You should see the photos and carved logging equipment!”

McVay Livery

Address: 49215 US-30, Westport, OR 97016, USA

Bakery Cafe Restaurant

“Great find! Thought we would stop for some caffeine on drive back to Portland and discovered this great place. Had a great iced mocha. His baked goods are freshly made in store. Had a really good blueberry scone and snicker doddle cookie. Will come back next time for his pizza (makes his own dough). Has chili, soup of the day and more. All in a nicely done historic gas station. Said he has been open for a year and a half but recently extended his hours. Recently open from 8am to 7pm. Very friendly owner - nice place.”

Homestyle type restaurant good for families.”
