“Had an excellent experience here yesterday. Warm friendly greeting, enticing menu lit up on the wall and after that a very delicious chorrizo burrito and potatoes topped with cheese and sour cream. I was given containers of two different very hot sauces that I asked for and they added a very nice kick. The atmosphere was really relaxing and inviting and nice place to cool off on a hot day. No way of telling, unless you knew, that it was a greasy KFC just a couple months ago. Portions were so generous I couldn't finish, and I usually finish everything. Had to box some of it up. Will be returning to Muchas Gracias soon.”

“I was craving some pho while working in Roseburg and found this place, looking at the reviews I had high expectations, but should have known better… I ordered a pho, shrimp tempura, I forgot the name of the roll I ordered and a house special fried rice to go. To my taste pho was on little on salty side but it was ok, also I believe I ordered a soft shell crab roll or some kind, but as you can see it in the pictures 1/3 of the roll just had empty batter with no meat in it… also it didn’t come with any wasabi on the side. If you are craving some fried rice I would recommend to order them from chis garden they have a decent chinese food. But overall my experience in this place was ok… nothing to write home about.”

“So I went to the other Human bean and they messed our drinks up so bad I couldn’t even drink them. They were a completely different color than normal and tasted awful. I was heading this way so I figured why not ask if they could re make them for me and she had no problem. Made them extremely fast and was the nicest to us. 10/10 experience. “Stopped in at 415 on opening day with lines out the door and around the block. Stood in the long line and took less than 5 minutes to order. We got some carne asada street tacos, nachos, tots, some rolled taquitos, and some adaboda fries. It came out in less than 7 minutes hot and fresh. Everything was very good and very tender. The nachos were our faves as the tots were a bit soft and the fries were as well. Street tacos were very good foe the price and the rolled taquitos were excellent. Fed the family for a great deal with the half off opening day special. Great addition to the large amount of Mexican food in Roseburg.”

“Don't be put off by the atmosphere. This is a brand new restaurant in a small struggling town. The interior is rustic but clean. But the food is excellent, as good as any I've ever had, and the owner waits on you and is friendly . He added little extras , threw in this and that for us. And the prices are reasonable. And it's only a one minute drive off the Canyonville exit of I-5. Our friends live near here and raved about the place , now so do we!”
