Hiro Ramen

Ok folks… Hiro Ramen is a MUST! Fresh, healthy, delicious and beautiful! We will be going back soon, and bringing some friends. Andy took such good care of us. Thanks Andy. I suggest you go to Hiro Ramen. You will be happy you did. :)

Delicious ramen! Although appearing to be short-staffed the night we were there, our waiter Kyle was attentive & scurrying around to meet everyone's needs. The ramen has a deep flavor; when I ordered mine "spicy" it had the perfect balance of heat without destroying the flavor! The pork Chashu isn't anything special though, and neither is the tofu (both seemed to be simply thawed & served...). However, we will definitely come back next time we're in Ashland!

We arw visiting from Cali and it was raining and we wanted some soup. Most delicious Ramen I've had so far. Location is a bit small. But I had the spicy Ramen, husband had curry chicken bowl. My kids all found something to eat and enjoyed it very much.

Incredible customer service and delicious ramen!! My sister in law got the tonkotsu broth with pork protein and she really liked it :)

Hiro Ramen in Ashland is a very tasty restaurant.
The food is really good, and the atmosphere is subdued and interesting. The staff are pretty friendly, and the restaurant itself is clean, and certainly in an interesting location.
Anyways, they have specific hours that they're open, so you want to call or check first. But it's tasteful and definitely worth a visit!
