The customer service is always met with a smile! :) Each time I have a chance to visit a city in Oregon, this little coffee place is on the agenda. “Some context, I've eaten at outstanding restaurants in over 50 countries and having recently moved to Rogue Valley kept hearing about Vinny's. Arriving at the mall raised concerns as I thought I was in for chain like fare. How wrong we were. Opening the door, you are transported into a magical romantic environment, with curated music, low light and the bustle of a busy restaurant. The dining area is chandelier and candle lit and a wonderful date environment. Service is very friendly, fast and the staff are super knowledgeable and able to make excellent recommendations. We were served by the owners daughter and she was a delight. The meal excelled across presentation, texture and taste. The minestrone soup was delicious. Our three main courses were all cooked perfectly with the pasta al dente. The wine portions were surprisingly copious. My partner and son had deserts and loved them. What to say? Vinny's is a triumph combining a wonderful experience with marvelous food at less than $40 per head (including wine). We will be back.... frequently.”

“This was a fabulous dining experience from start to finish! We were greeted, seated and served by the daughter of the family that owns and runs this sweet restaurant. She was pleasant and extremely helpful with choosing our dinner. We chose the four course option, which gives you the choice of lentil soup or salad with yogurt dressing(we went with the salad), garlic or regular naan bread(we got both), rice, your entree and dessert. I had a vegetarian curry dish and my wife had tandoori lamb...both dishes were bursting with flavor. Every bite of each course was an experience in my mouth! The ambiance was delightful and felt casual, yet elegant. Before the end of the meal, we had met the mother, father and two of the daughters(all working with smiles that were contagious)...we felt like we had truly had a top-notch dining experience and, somehow, made friends. I absolutely cannot wait to have a chance to return for another visit! Thank you for sharing your energy with us!”

“We stopped here for lunch on a whim and were pleasantly surprised. This place is easy to miss if you're not looking for it, but once inside you will be in for a treat. The menu is deep, almost too deep, really, but the food is outstanding. My wife had a chicken mole burrito that had the best mole sauce that either of us has had in years. My pork burrito was good, but I have to say that the pork was dry and chewy, not like an oven roasted pork shoulder that is fall-apart tender. Will we give Monarca Queen another shot? Hell yes!”

“I always get some iteration of a chai latte. It's always good. Most days excellent. I really appreciate the consistency. It takes a lot of stress off knowing my coffee is going to be good every time. Friendly staff. Comfortable seating. Outdoor seating available.
