Tamales Con Alma Cocina Mexicana

Want to give them five stars, but ordering was so slow that the lady behind us left and she was only third in line. The food came super fast and was quite delicious though. Tamales, flautas, and street tacos were all on point and the prices were reasonable. The restaurant was clean, plenty of seating and they have this neat dessert station/area that we will be checking out on our next visit.

Closest to authentic Mexican food you’ll get in Grants Pass hands-down! Next best thing is going to Mexico lol! Go on the weekend if you can, that’s when they make hand pressed corn tortillas. The food was very flavorful, The people were very friendly, and the service was really fast. I definitely recommend them to anybody. Oh, and also the prices are all about $10. So great pricing!🥳🥳🙏🏻🤗😇

Great little Mexican food restaurant. They specialize in Tamales. Their tamales are made in house and the best we have found in Grants Pass. We had pork tamale dinners and they were delicious and reasonably priced. We have been back and also ordered just tamales to go. They often sell out of tamales, so it's a good idea to place an order early. Highly recommend this place.

I just had flan but it was to die for..best I've ever had! This restaurant reminds me of southern California where I am from! I am going back for more! The best thing about this place is they have one area for all the sweets and treats and the other area to order the menu items to eat!! Amazing! Everyone inside seemed to enjoy themselves and the food!! A worker even went around each table offering more salsa! I loved that!! Let's keep this place in grants pass, go eat!!

We found the most delicious spot to get authentic Mexican Food. I love it, I am going to bring burritos on the plane for us on our long flight.
