“We loved our first ever stay here. We were in cabin 3. The bathroom is huge and the room is nice and clean. The restaurant and bar is beautiful. We brought our kayaks and I caught a huge lake trout in pelican bay, just a ten minute paddle from the resort. We will definitely come back. It’s a great location for local attractions and the place is very special because of the crystal clear fresh water spring that feeds the area. John and Julia who run the place are awesome but be prepared for a slower pace than the city. We really loved our stay here.”

“It's classic small town diner vibes with great food and friendly people. Best biscuits and gravy I've had in a long time. The biscuits were fresh and warm on the inside and the gravy was great. I also got the breakfast sandwich. Good size and quality for the price. It was a mix of locals and people passing through so don't be shy and check it out. Definitely worth a detour if you are in the area.”

“Took my brother & sister in laws here for lunch before heading to the antique store down the road. Cute little hole in the wall in a cute little town. I enjoyed their Ranchero burger (spicy), steak fries, & peanut butter shake. My husband had their classic burger, steak fries, & soda. Our daughter had their chicken strips, steak fries, & Oreo shake. Brother in law had the tuna melt, steak fries, onion rings, & soda. Sister in law had the Philly, steak fries, onion rings, and soda. They all enjoyed their meals as well. Outdoor seating only with 3 large picnic tables. Parking for about 4-6 cars.”

“A friend and I were on a road trip last week, and came upon The Chalet after visiting Crater Lake the evening of 7-1-22. Inside the establishment is very cool & old school. Our server was awesome, checked on us often, & kept my coffee topped off. I had a salad & the homemade clam chowder, which was, I dare say, the best clam chowder I've had in a very, very long time! My friend had the chicken fried steak, & he said that it was excellent. If you're in the area, definitely give The Chalet a try”

“An authentic Mexican food truck in the middle of nowhere. The food was hot and delicious and wholesome. The chefs were very polite and pleasant. The have a small tent with a heater and some seating. There is space around the truck to park cars. We ordered a veg burrito and veg quesadilla and both were mouth watering. I totally recommend this place!”
