Blue valley bistro

I ordered the strawberry crepe. The crepe was delicious but they used frozen strawberries that turned soggy. If they had used fresh fruit this would'e been a solid 4 star.

Trendy spot in new construction in middle of Coburg. Friendly employees and very tasty breakfast burritos. The only downfall is the wait for food. The last time I went there was on a Friday about 10am and it took 30 minutes for me to receive my breakfast burrito. Only saw 1 person making all the food when the place was 3/4 full of people sitting and 4-6 people waiting in line. Not a place to go if you are in a rush. I might try calling it in next time.

Very homey, artistic ( the table and counter tops are made from the wood taken from a fallen tree ), a very wide selection of breakfast food, salad, beer and coffee. A great place to unwind in quaint Coburg.

Excellent food and friendly staff. I am so happy this little place opened up in Coburg.

Had a lovely time here at their soft opening. Our crepe was delicious, the quinoa bowl was yummy and the ambiance was delightful. A wonderful addition to a cute town.
