Coburg Pizza Company

The food here is fantastic! Some of the best, creative pizzas I’ve ever had, and the wings are absolutely the best. The location is great and the ambiance is wonderful. I would give 5 stars for the food, but I can only give 3 overall. I’ve ordered online here a number of times. After ordering you get an email telling you when to pick your order up, and it is never ready. The last time I ordered I waited an extra half hour, past the time it was supposed to be ready, but the food was still not finished when I showed up and I waited another 20 minutes at the restaurant before getting the food. Bottom line: great food, be prepared to get frustrated waiting for it.

I am a trucker, so have ate at a lot of pizza places all over the country. This is hands down the best I have had. It beats the top 5 pizza places recommended to me in Chicago. Beats the NYC places. Will eat here every chance I get.

Pizza choices are many and very flavorful. You get your choice of crust: thin (which is about normal thickness at a chain pizza place), thick, and stuffed. The thin is awesome. The thick is good, but not as good as the thin. We did not try the stuffed. (Next time)

Be prepared to wait. Service is very slow, but worth the wait. As with most restaurants now, it is hard to get fast (or even medium) service because every restaurant is understaffed, this one included. Dirty tables and slow food. I would still recommend this restaurant. Good stuff, just don't be in a hurry.

Really love Coburg Pizza in Coburg. They have a location in Springfield, too. The pizza is my favorite in the area. The service is professional. Sabrina is great at the front counter. She’s fast and very efficient. I love the expansion. Very warm and invitingly. Special shout out to the contractors who did the expansion. Well done!

We had a terrific late lunch at 2:30 today at the Springfield Coburg Pizza Company. We took in a coupon for pasta with two pizzas and so we tried something new for us, the sausage/pesto pasta. The pizzas, of course, were terrific as usual and we will definitely order the pasta again. We knew we'd love the food but we also experienced outstanding customer service with "Eric V." today. First, he smiled and greeted us as we waited in line. Once it was our turn, he helped us with the menu. As we decided on our order, he was funny & pleasant. He chatted us up about our day, his day, the weather and he even found common ground with us. He's a great listener. You have an outstanding, hard-working and seemingly happy employee in Eric. It is obvious he cares about the products you sell and providing good customer service. This is reflected in his enthusiasm and great attitude. Good job today, Eric V. Well done. We will continue to come back again and again.
