Bar Purlieu

Incredible food, service, and atmosphere! A must for any foodie in Eugene. By far one of the nicest dining experiences in town, and the chefs menu is great for a special evening or just a fun treat!

Bar Purlieu is fantastic.

They have an innovative cocktail selection and lots of fantastic wine.

There is always something just amazing on the menu, and for just a small increase in food cost you can do the Chef's tasting menu, which is always an amazing pleasure.

We had a private party here as well, the food and service was fantastic for the party as well.

The space isn't huge but somehow I always seem to be able to hear people, laugh and chat away. I'd say the space isn't too loud.

I'll be returning many times.

Went for happy hour one weekend after seeing a play. Lovely interior - very intimate. We drank bubbles and their signature cocktail - both very nice. Serving sizes just right. Tastefully arranged on the plate, but not too too artsy. Sauces with each dish were amazing. Vegetarian friendly ;)

Wonderful restaurant. We went there on my birthday. The food was excellent,the wait staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. The cocktails were excellent. I highly recommend them

We had a wonderful experience at Bar Purlieu! Showed up just as they were opening and sat at the bar. The bartender was knowledgeable, attentive and - it turns out - a co-owner. We had several delicious cocktails - my favorite was the Purlieu, which featured pastis. The beet and faro salad was incredible, as were the frog legs. A great place for date night or an elegant dinner!
