    Tonight, we received some pizzas that were less than quality. (You know those pesky dough bubbles, but in surplus)Ted answered my call quickly and immediately set out to resolve the issue. Both the pizzas were remade perfectly and delivered in 20 minutes. ALSO, on a Friday at 930 PM.

    I was absolutely pleased with this transaction. Ted's customer service was otherworldly and a complete 180 to how we were treated, in store, just 9 months ago. Hats off to the improvements and the job well done.

    Every time I have ordered a delivery online, they have been great and fast with getting me my order, no matter how big. Now the reason why I am giving this review a 3/5 is due to the time that not only myself, but my room mate also went to do a pick-up order since one of us was already out and about, we had spent well over 15 minutes waiting for service inside of their store (after we had already been notified that our order was ready). They make good on the order, but their customer service sucks, it's worth throwing in the $3.50 delivery fee to not waste your time inside the store.
